If you aren't satisfied with your order for any reason, we want to know! We will either make make it right with a replacement, refund, or discount, depending on the complaint. If you have not opened your package and no longer wish to use it, feel free to send it back to us within 14 days of your order and we will issue you a full refund.

We collect the information you share with us through the Wix platform and we use it only for the purpose of completing your order and informing you of our new products and discounts. Payment Methods
Unfortunately, the business world has not made purchasing Kratom an easy thing. Once you place an order through our website, you will be sent email instructions to complete your payment.
